How we work
BGT Agency runs content, DMs and follow-up for online coaches. I'm Eren, the founder. The day-to-day work runs on a system I built on Anthropic's Claude.
New Instagram DMs reach our database through a webhook. Claude Sonnet drafts each reply in the coach's voice, and I check every reply before it goes out. Today the drafting runs on my own machine, so replies wait until I'm at my desk. Moving it to the Claude API is the next step.
Claude Opus writes posts, hooks and video scripts in the coach's voice. The coach films; we handle the writing.
Coaches log in at app.thebgtagency.com to see their content plan, their leads and the DM inbox in one place.
Claude Code finds and qualifies coaches to contact, and keeps a record of every conversation with every client and lead.
Running since 2025. Bootstrapped. Based in Türkiye, working with English-speaking coaches. Proof from our team's work is on the results page.
